Michael Caracciolo's BioAscanio Chef Michael Caracciolo offers an exceptional culinary experience for private clients and businesses. Chef Caracciolo brings twenty-five years of in-depth knowledge of Continental and Contemporary American Cuisine manifested in a full range of professional settings. His training under Master Chef Jean Charles Berruet inspired a life long passion for both classic and innovative cuisines.
A range of Ascanio’s offerings include: personal chef services, chef event coordination and food consultation, intimate gatherings and parties, small weddings, and private cooking classes.
Chef Caracciolo grew up in New England and spent sixteen years on the Island of Nantucket working in exclusive restaurants in this vacation paradise. He began his immersion into the finer points of classical French Cuisine at the Chanticleer in Sconset, and later moved on to a position as the Chef de Cuisine at the award-winning India House, and Executive Sous Chef at the Club Car on Main Street.
Upon his arrival to Bozeman in 2003, Michael began working with local restaurants and caterers, teaching cooking classes, and cooking for private clients both in the area and around the country. He has recently established Ascanio Chef Services, an exciting endeavor which allows him to continue his personal and professional growth in the field of innovative cuisine.
